Is there a warranty on your products?

You bet your balls there is.  If anything you buy from our site becomed damaged within the first 60 days of purchase, we'll refund or replace the order for you.

Did we ship the wrong product?

Well, that stinks.  Simply put the product back in a box along with this completed Return Form and proof of purchase from our site, and we'll refund your full purchase price within 5 days of being received by our warehouse.

Did you change your mind after buying on our site?

It happens and we won't judge.  Same drill, put the product in it's original packaging, Return Form, and proof of purchase from our site in a box and send it our way. We'll refund you for your purchase (minus the cost of original shipping) within 10 days of being received from our warehouse.

Was the product purchased at a retail store, Amazon or another website?

Since your product was purchased at a retail store other than our website, you should contact that retailer or seller as they'll be able to best help you with a return or exchange.

Is the product damaged?

Unfortuntely, it happens.  If in the first 60 days of play, you experience any defects, chipping, or broken balls, send us an email at support@getbuckyballs.com and we'll arrange to correct the issue.

Can I exchange items for new ones?

We can not process exchanges at this time.  Once your returned is received by our warehouse, a credit will be issued, and you can repurchase items on our site.
